At the initiative of ANUVAM members in Burgundy, a lecture was given in early April at the Maison du Terroir in Genouilly.

Jean-Claude Raimbault presented a slide show on the work carried out in the village of Rapcha since the association was founded 28 years ago. The focus was on the construction of earthquake-resistant houses following the violent earthquakes in Nepal in April and May 2015.

Marc Bechet and Elisabeth Meignan read out transcripts of interviews with key figures in the village, including the high priest shaman, who described their experiences of the 2 earthquakes.

Twenty photos by Jean-Claude Raimbault are on display at the Maison du Terroir for a few weeks. Copies of these photos are being sold in aid of ANUVAM. The money raised will help finance new development projects in the village.
